Post Murphy A41 No.2 aerial information needed
Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify an aerial type please? I'm involved with the rebuilding of Donald Campbell's Bluebird K7 hydroplane, which had a Murphy A41 No.2 radio fitted in it, by an Army Corporal. We have a replacement radio unit, but have yet to give much thought to the whip aerial that was fitted with it. (The original was totally lost in the crash)

Here are a couple of pics of the aerial in question-

I have zero idea whether the aerial was a type associated with the Murphy A41, or something sourced from elsewhere. But can anyone please help me to ID it?

Thanks!

Hello everyone, me again!

Now I'm on the look out for a battery, NATO Ref. 6135-99-901-2229, Type Ref. NBA 279. Doesn't have to be functional!

As ever, any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
